Step 1: Download and install the HackBGRT utility from the GitHub website linked below.
Step 2: Extract the utility, then launch it and keep it open for the time being.
Step 3: Using Paint, resize the picture you wish to use as a logo to the appropriate size of 200x200px. Ctrl + A selects the image, and then Ctrl + C copies it.
Step 4: Using Paint, open the splash.bmp file in the HackBGRT tool’s folder. Resize the image to 200x200px and then paste it in using Ctrl + V. To save, use Ctrl + S, then shut the Paint windows.
Step 5: Right-click the setup.exe file and select Run as administrator, then confirm the tool’s launch by clicking Yes.
